Coffee Additives
This isn’t a recipe whose wording has been inflated to ridiculous proportions, but simply an observation of a phenomenon: Canned evaporated milk is delicious in coffee, and significantly cheaper than half & half. This discovery is revolutionizing my mornings.
Maybe everybody already knows this, in which case, why were you jerks holding out on me?

You’ve never ordered coffee at a Thai restaurant?

Only iced tea, and that seemed to use cream, not condensed milk.
If that’s what they use in their coffee, I’m there.

Actually, I forget about this on a regualr basis. We need to start keeping some in the fridge … And I need to learn how to grind and brew coffee.

Yup, that was me. I distinctly remember you riding by. Weird! Cool! How did you/your girlfriend come by my blog?

Hahaha, awesome! She says she found it on another Livejournal. Say, do you happen to know when the next alleycat is?

I do not know for sure. I have heard tell that the organizer is going to try to get one going the day before the Honolulu Century, and try to get some of the sizable Japanese contingent of that ride to participate in the alleycat, too; I’d hope to be involved in that in some capacity. I also know that one of the local messenger personalities is pushing for a Halloween alleycat that would involve eating candy at each stop—-no problems with bonking as long as you don’t throw up!
